If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for a notice of at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client in need of our services. We value the time of both our clients and our providers, and this policy helps us maintain an efficient and effective schedule to serve everyone's needs. However, we also understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations occur, so we review these instances on a case-by-case basis. We encourage open communication and strive to work with our clients to ensure they receive the care they need while also respecting the time and schedules of our providers. Please feel free to reach out to our office if you have any questions or need to discuss a cancelation or rescheduling of your appointment.

I never received the online tests I was told to look for in my email inbox, what should I do?Please check your junk mail folder as we see these tests get sent to our clients' junk mail folders quite often. Or you can do a search for the test names your Psychometrist gave you to complete. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call us.

I haven't received my report yet, what should I do?Please note that reports are typically delivered electronically within 6 to 10 weeks after all online and in-person assessments have been completed. If it has been 6 weeks and you haven’t received your report, we recommend checking your junk or spam folder, as some email providers may filter our messages. If you still have not received your report after 10 weeks, please feel free to contact our front office by email or phone. We kindly ask that inquiries not be made before the 10-week mark, as early requests may delay the completion process. Thank you for your understanding and patience!
